Service Level Agreement

1. Uptime Guarantee
We guarantee a 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits.
2. Credit Calculation
For every 1 hour of downtime beyond the guarantee, we provide a credit equivalent to 1 day of service, up to 100% of your monthly fee.
3. Exclusions
Scheduled maintenance, DDoS attacks, and issues caused by customer actions are excluded from the uptime calculation.
